Conveyor Chain / Roller Conveying Chains |
Conveyor Chain as named it is continuous chain arrangement, carrying a series of single pendants used for conveying the product or material from one end to other by means of motor driven or other system adopted. Products or material are suspended on the pendants which are to be conveyed. These are also well known as Roller Conveyor Chain, Transmission Chain, and Attachment Conveyor Chain etc depending on the application. The attachments fixed to roller or plate on basis of application required and so known as attachment roller conveyor chain. Various designs are being in use and still innovations are possible for new launch or applications. Depending on usage the conveyor chains are design for heavy duty application or light duty application. |
|
Jaycon conveyor chain, are designed similar to transmission chain or Roller Chain and consists of journal bearings (Rollers) in series precisely to each other by constraining link plates. Each bearing consists of a bearing pin and bush on which the chain roller revolves. The bearing pin and bush are case-hardened to allow articulation under high pressures, and to contend with the load carrying pressure and gearing action imparted via the chain rollers. The pitch is being designed as per toothed wheel or sprocket and the rollers are designed for load required to convey. |
Varieties of Conveyor Chains
|
Material Handling System or equipments are the major application for Conveyor Chains widely used in Cement Industries, paper and pulp Factories, Bottling Systems, Milk and Beverages Industry, Coal Manufactures, Steel Plants, Sugar Industries and other light and heavy engineering industries or in Small units like packaging machineries, Bottle filling units, Pharmaceuticals were packets are conveyed by conveyor chain etc. To suit major industries this Conveyor Chains are being manufactured and exported in various International standards like British Standard, American Standard and ISO Standards etc or can be customized for Manufacturers or End Users. |
